Refund & Cancellation

At Vyom Drishta, we strive to provide the best spiritual and wellness guidance to our clients. Since our services involve professional time and personalized consultations, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Prior Notice: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
No-Show: If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
2. Refund Eligibility & “Initiated Service” Policy
Initiated Services: Please note that once a spiritual reading, healing session, or consultation has been initiated (started), no refunds will be issued.
Work in Progress: Some of our services take place across multiple sessions. Once the practitioner has started working on your case or the first session has commenced, a refund will not be issued for any part of the service.
Completed Services: Once a session is completed, it is strictly non-refundable as the professional time and service have already been delivered.
3. Service Interruptions
Technical Issues at Our End: If a session is interrupted or cannot take place due to a technical fault, connectivity issue, or personal emergency on the practitioner’s end, we will offer a mandatory reschedule at no extra cost.
No Monetary Refunds: Please be advised that in cases of such interruptions, no monetary refunds will be provided; the remedy is limited to a makeup/rescheduled session.
Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error at the payment gateway, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
4. Refund Process (Only for Payment Errors)
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund for duplicate/technical payment errors, please email us at info@vyomdrishta.com with your transaction details.
Timeline: Approved technical refunds will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
