4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Refunds: Since these are time-based consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been conducted. However, if a technical error occurs during payment, please contact us for a resolution.

Vyom Drishta shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. The client acknowledges that any guidance or healing received is subject to their own interpretation and application. The practitioner is not responsible for the client’s life choices, actions, or any consequences arising thereafter. Full responsibility for the implementation of any guidance lies solely with the client.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
